What began as a packaging venture has evolved into a state-of-the-art milling operation, utilizing cutting-edge technology to process over 10 varieties of millet and 10 unique traditional rice strains. Our commitment to quality is reflected in every grain, with black rice standing out as our best-selling product. We source our paddy from across India’s rich agricultural landscape, from the GI-tagged black rice of Manipur to the fertile fields of Odisha and Tanjore. Our millet paddy is also carefully selected from diverse regions, ensuring that we bring the finest natural products to your table.

At Madras Millet Mills, we honor India’s agricultural heritage while delivering the highest standards of quality and freshness. Using advanced technology, we meticulously remove husk, dust, stones, and immature grains, with a separate unit dedicated to grading and assorting grain quality. Our equipment also monitors moisture and other key variables, ensuring each batch meets our high standards.
